Photo A Day – Day #8 Sun

Sun

It is a cold and overcast day, with thick cloud cover and a light hazy fog, making the sky a grey hue from horizon to horizon. So I went up to the top of the 10th century Norman Keep and took a panoramic shot of the Sun (behind the cloudy overcast sky) and the highest surviving structures on site at Farnham Castle (the Bishop’s Palace Chimneys can just been seen poking above the battlement walls on the right, which shows you how high up I am).
